General Ordering Information

Order Acknowledgements/Confirmation
. All orders must be received in writing by either email or fax. Orders are not processed for production until confirmation is received. All orders are acknowledged via fax or email. If you see any discrepancies, please advise us before production begins.

Order Increase. Increases in orders will be treated as a separate order, unless notification is received prior to scheduling of original order. This may increase production time

Changes and/or Cancellations. All changes must be sent in writing (fax or email). Change requests will not be accepted verbally. Changes may affect the estimated ship date. Work produced before change will be invoiced. Cancellations will be accepted only if products have not been printed. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancelled orders will be invoiced for all work and expenses incurred prior to cancellation.

Terms. Check or Money Order are accepted. A 50% deposit is due before production. The balance must clear before shipment takes places.

Trademarks. GMP FItness is not responsible for determining who does or does not hold title to a trademark. Logos used in this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply an endorsement. Items with specific logos are not for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.

Return & Refund Policy. Custom printed products cannot be restocked. Industry standards for customized products dictate a no-return policy and no-refund policy; this is because these items are customized and are of no use to anyone except the intended recipient.

Claims. All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Please check your order immediately upon receipt, and alert our Customer Service Department promptly for any errors in your order. Examples include: wrong item received, wrong imprint, misprinted items. If you have a claim, you may be asked to provide a digital image of the defect or a physical sample of the item depicting the problem. This helps to identify issues and prevent future mistakes. Upon receipt of this image/sample, we will promptly resolve the issue within reason.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork Requirements.
Electronic art: Adobe Illustrator – .AI or .EPS file is best. High-resolution tiff or jpeg (300 dpi or more) is also acceptable.
E-mail artwork

Artwork Charges. If additional artwork is necessary, a $50.00 per hour charge will be applied to the order, subject to your approval.
Proof approval: Via e-mail or fax.

PMS Matching. We will make every effort to match PMS colors, however, quality of logo printed on paper may deviate from those printed on metal.

Email Art Proofs. You will receive an e-mail proof of your artwork. Please be sure to enter a valid e-mail address and check for your proof to avoid delaying your order. You must approve this proof before production will begin. Check your junk mail to ensure you do not accidentally delete this message.

Proof of Art Acceptance: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you will receive an artwork proof via e-mail for your order. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for the timely approval of this proof. GMP Fitness will not be held liable for missed event dates, missed shipping dates, or delays in production caused by failure to approve the artwork proof. Proofs are sent to ensure accuracy of artwork prior to it’s production, therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure spelling, grammar, and all punctuation, names, dates, and other information on these proofs is correct. Once an order has been approved, no changes will be allowed and 100% liability will fall upon the buyer. GMP Fitness does not accept any responsibility for an approved proof that has been incorrectly spelled, or has incorrect artwork laid out.

Pre-production Samples: A full pre-production sample is the unit cost plus all die, screen and set-up charges and shipping and handling. Die, screen and set-up charges are credited to your order once the sample is approved for full production. Full production samples take 4-5 weeks to produce depending upon the package. Generic Samples are also available for the unit cost plus shipping and handling.
